Terms of service

These terms are between you and Mert Dogar, a sole proprietor in Turkey, who runs Super Assist at superassist.app (“we”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them for yourself and for the organization you use it for.
The service
Section titled “The service”Super Assist hosts the backend for the @super-assist/react assistant panel: agents, their skills and databases, and the threads end users have with them inside your app. The library itself is open source under the MIT license. These terms cover the hosted service.
Accounts and organizations
Section titled “Accounts and organizations”- Keep your sign-in details and your organization’s API keys safe. You are responsible for what is done with them.
- An organization’s owners and admins manage its members, projects and billing.
- You must be able to form a binding contract where you live.
Your app and its end users
Section titled “Your app and its end users”- You decide what your pages lend agents and which actions agents may take there. Mark an action consequential when the end user should press or approve it.
- Tell your end users that their conversations are processed by Super Assist and by AI models, as our privacy policy describes. Get any consent your law requires.
- Agents answer with AI models, and models can be wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”Don’t use Super Assist to break the law, harm others, send spam, get around plan limits or security, or break the usage policies of the model providers your agents use. We may suspend an organization that does, and we will tell you why when we can.
Plans and payment
Section titled “Plans and payment”- The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Credits are bought in packs through Stripe and don’t expire. Prices are on the dashboard’s billing page.
- A subscription renews each period until an owner or admin cancels it from the billing page. It then runs to the end of the paid period. We don’t refund partial periods or unspent credits.
- Plans carry limits. Pro includes a monthly AI allowance; beyond it, and on Free, agents spend the organization’s credits at the provider’s price.
- We give at least 30 days’ notice before changing a price you already pay.
Your content
Section titled “Your content”What your organization and its end users put into Super Assist stays yours. You let us store and process it, and pass it to the providers in our privacy policy, only to run the service for you.
Ending
Section titled “Ending”You can stop using Super Assist at any time, and email us to delete your organization. We may suspend or close an organization that breaks these terms. If we shut the service down, we give at least 30 days’ notice.
Warranty and liability
Section titled “Warranty and liability”The service is provided as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what your organization paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”We post changes here and update the date above. If a change is material, we email organization owners at least 30 days before it applies.
The laws of the Republic of Turkey govern these terms, and Turkish courts settle any dispute about them.
